Anna Moffett is the founder of AM Strategies, a Houston-based boutique fundraising firm that partners with candidates, causes, and political organizations to build smart, sustainable fundraising programs. With over a decade of experience, Anna has helped raise hundreds of millions of dollars for some of the most competitive races in the country.

Anna started AM Strategies after leading fundraising for Beto O’Rourke’s record-setting campaign for Governor of Texas, where she helped raise $51 million in the final six months of the race. Prior to that, she spent three years at EMILYs List as a Campaigns Finance Director, advising a portfolio of 30+ federal and statewide campaigns on strategy, staffing, and donor development.

Her work spans every level of the ballot—from Senate and gubernatorial races to local campaigns—including U.S. Senator Heidi Heitkamp’s $31 million re-election effort in North Dakota and the Democratic nominee’s 2016 campaign for Governor of New Hampshire. Whether scaling a major donor program, coaching new candidates, or managing large, fast-moving teams, Anna brings a thoughtful, data-informed, and grounded approach to every engagement.

She founded AM Strategies to offer campaigns and organizations the hands-on support and strategic partnership often missing from traditional consulting models—and to help build donor programs that are relationship-driven and designed for long-term success.
